Very pretty, hand painted, Asian style teapot with bamboo handle. Teapot has a built in strainer and is painted white on the bottom and green on the top, including the lid. Pretty, white daisies with green leaves and stems and gold centers are hand painted on both sides. Metallic gold paint accents add final touch.
Bamboo handle with bendable ends to remove and allow for easy cleaning.
Pot measures approximately 5-1/2" across including spout x about 4-1/2 tall including lid, 6" tall including handle.
Teapot opening and base measure about 2-1/2"
Holds about 2 cups or 16 ounces (480 cc).
Teapot is in very good, vintage condition with no cracks, breaks or crazing noted. There is one tiny chip on the inside rim of the opening as seen in above pictures.
