This is a fantastic, vintage, black cast iron oil lamp wall sconce, with a lion head molded into the cast iron, on each side of the base. This unusual, original oil sconce, is in good working order.
CONDITION: Cast iron wall sconce bracket is in very nice condition. There are no cracks, chips, breaks, or other damage. Glass oil lamp is in good shape as well, free of cracks, chips, and breaks. Some light cosmetic wear is present on the glass oil lamp.
MEASUREMENTS: The height of the sconce with the glass oil lamp in place is 14". The projection from the wall to the outer edge of the oil lamp is 8 1/2". The cast iron oil tank holder (basket) measures 5 1/4" across at the top, and 3 1/2" across at the bottom.
