This is a fantastic, 1960'S Avocado - Lime Green Faux Fur Couch & Chair. Made in the style of designer, Adrian Peaersall, the tufted, fake fur, green couch features built-in, wooden top end tables. This set was acquired from the estate of the original owners, who purchased it new in the late 1960's.
Both pieces are in very nice condition, free of rips, tears, and other structural damage. We inspected the fabric closely, and did not find any notable stains. The dust cover on the underside of the chair was replaced at some point.
Couch measures: 108" long to the outer edges of the end tables. The overall depth is 34", and the height to the top of the back is 28". The sitting area measures 74" long, 22" deep, and is 17" from the floor.
Chair measures: 29" wide x 34" deep. The height is 28" to the top of the back. The sitting area measures 24" wide x 29" deep, and is 17" from the floor.
