This is a Vintage Berger Surveyor's transit level with a wooden dovetailed case. The transit is model ****. The transit appears to be in good working order, but it is being sold as a display piece or for a re-purpose project. The wooden dovetailed case is in good solid condition, with normal cosmetic wear and patina.
The wooden case measures 12-3/4" wide x 5-1/2" deep x 8" tall.
This is a nice old Surveyor's transit with a fabulous dovetailed wooden case. It would be a great display piece on a side table or mantel.
