This is a fantastic, petite Apothecary / Pharmacy, Balance Scale with brass weights, and a wooden base, circa 1920's. The some of the weights may not be original, as there are different names embossed in the various weights, including Avery, H Dungate & Sons, and Crane. This is a wonderful little scale that would be perfect to display, or use it as intended.
The wooden base measures approx. 8" long x 4-1/2" deep, and the scale stands approx. 3-3/4" tall.
CONDITION: Scale is in great shape, and appears to be in good working order. Normal cosmetic wear and patina is present, as displayed in the photos.
