This is an authentic, original, 1958 Pennsylvania Resident Citizen's Fishing License metal pinback, acquired from an estate in West Chester, Pa. It measures 1-3/4" across.
This original piece is in great shape overall, with nice clear graphics. Normal cosmetic wear is present, and some surfase rust is present on the back.
