This is a vintage, Gibsons, Staffordshire, England teapot, circa 1950. Teapot features blue and pink flowers with green leaves and stems. White pot with blue top and lid with gold trim including spout, handle and knob on lid. There is some crazing and staining noted, but this is still a beautiful, vintage teapot.
Bottom is marked, "Gibson / Staffordshire, England" with the company's crown banner. Marked W 801.
Measures approximately 10" from handle to spout x 5" front to back x 5-1/4" tall to the very top of the lid.
Holds about 4 cups (32 ounces / 960 ml) of liquid.
This teapot is in good condition overall. There are no cracks or chips noted. There is clean crazing noted to the outside and some mild staining to the inside of the teapot.
