This is a very unique, early 1920's, cast iron heating floor register, with an unusual, ornate pinwheel design, and fantastic original patina. This is a wonderful architectural piece, that could be used or displayed as it is, or it could easily be painted to suit your decor. A great piece of wall art!
CONDITION: Grate and register are both in in good solid condition, free of cracks and breaks! Register opens and closes as it should with ease. There are no rust holes or other structural damage.
MEASUREMENTS: The top of the grate (flat face of the grate) measures approx. 9-1/2" square, and the height is 1". The round inner register portion measures 8" across.
