This is an amazing, original coat rack that was removed from an old factory in south eastern Pennsylvania. It has fantastic original patina, with authentic forged iron saddle hooks. It was originally secured to the wall with 3/8" lag bolts, which is the reason for the large holes at the top corners.
This saddle hook rack would be perfect for your cabin or family room, and would compliment any western, equine decor. It could also be used as a shelf by placing an appropriate size board across the saddle hooks.
The wooden backing board measures 20" long x 5-1/2" tall x 7/8" thick. The overall projection from the wall to the outer edge of the saddle hooks is 8-1/2". Saddle hooks individually, measures 4-1/2" tall at the base, and 7-1/2" from the mounting base, to the outer edge of the "hook" end.
CONDITION: Backing board and iron hooks, are in good solid condition, free of cracks and breaks, and other structural damage.
