This is an original, 1950's Murray Tractor Division (MTD) 500 red wagon, with white stripes and wheels. This wagon was acquired from and estate in south central Pennsylvania, and has been stored in the loft of a barn for many years. Wagon is in good solid condition, with better than average paint and graphics. There are heart stickers all the way around the top rim of the wagon, which could be removed with some elbow grease and patience. There is surface rust on the inside floor of the wagon, but there are no rust holes or soft spots. The rust is presumably from the wagon being left outside at some point, for a period of time. All 4 wheels and steering function as they should, and there are no major dents or other structural damage. This is a nice, hard to find wagon, in decent condition overall.
The wagon measures 34-1/2" long x 16" wide. Overall length is 39-1/2" including the steering control in the front. The height to the top of sides is 13-1/2". The wheels / tires measure approx. 8" in circumference.
The wheels and handle will be removed for shipping, and will require to be re-installed by purchaser. It is a very simple precess that should only take 15 - 20 minutes.
