This is an authentic, Philadelphia Pennsylvania Zoning Map Book, first published in 1929, and updated in 1962. Consists of 39 pages of property zoning maps for the entire city of Philadelphia. Book measures approximately 12" wide x 17" long x 1/2" thick.
Condition: This book is in fair condition overall. The pages are all in tact, and attached to the ring binding. There is no water damage, must, or mold, and no other major damage to the interior pages. A couple of the pages have been marked with pen, likely by the zoning officer of that time. The front and back cover are pretty much complete, but have come loose from the ring binder.
