This is a very nice, antique 10 panel, Thomas Edison "morning glory" gramophone / victrola horn. The original "Thomas A Edison" label is in tact on the side of the horn. The small end of the horn would connect to an elbow or a straight "tail piece", which is not included. This fantastic horn is suitable to use as intended, or it would be a perfect display piece for your music room.
CONDITION: Horn is in good solid condition free of structural damage, major dents, and rust, with the original patina preserved. Age appropriate cosmetic wear is present, including scuffs, scratches, dings, and areas of paint loss.
MEASUREMENTS: Horn measures approx. 18" across at the wide (bell) end, and 19"" long. The hole at the small end measures approx. 2-5/8" in diameter.
This is a fantastic antique phonograph horn to use, re-purpose or just display! Great gift for any musician or music lover!
