Wedgewood Cream on Cream, Queensware, 10" Serving Bowl, Embossed Grape Pattern with Plain Edge
This is a gorgeous, Wedgwood Queensware, earthenware, Serving Bowl. Cream on Cream with embossed grapes and vines around the outer edge. Made in England.
Marked with a letter D and the number 8 along with the green, Wedgwood backstamp.
Engraved, "Wedgwood", "Made in England" and the letter "C".
Wedgwood made this pattern from 1957 until 1983. The marking does not have the trademark "R" that was added to the mark in 1975, so was made prior to 1975.
Measures approximately 10" x 3-3/4" tall.
Bowl is in good, vintage condition. There is some minor wear noted but no chips, cracks or breaks.
Simple and elegant bowl is perfect for any special occasion or to display.
