This is a child's set of dishes in the "Circus Scenes" pattern by Royal Minton, made in England in 1956. Various circus images on all pieces including clowns, acrobats, horses and a bear riding a bicycle.
Set includes a plate, small bowl and a cup with saucer
Plate measures approximately 9" across x 5/8" deep.
Bowl 5-1/4" across x 1" tall.
Cup is about 4" across including handle, 3" across widest part, x 2-7/8"tall. Saucer measures 5-3/4" across x 3/4" tall.
Cup holds 1 cup when filled to the brim (8 ounces or 240 ml)
All pieces are in good condition overall considering age and previous use. Plate has a few chips on the underside at the edge, please see above pictures for more detail. All pieces have crazing. No other chips, cracks or breaks noted on the other pieces.
