1920's Brass Electric Wall Sconce w/ Blue & White Hand Painted Art Glass Shade, Victorian, Art Nouveau, Antique

This is an original, brass electric wall sconce from the 1920's, with a beautiful, hand painted, embossed art glass shade. Fixture is in good working order, with new wiring. Features include a switched light bulb socket, allowing the light to be mounted to an existing power source that does not have a wall switch.

Measurements: The overall measurements with the shade attached, are approx. 4-1/2" wide x 9-1/2" tall. The projection from the wall to the outer edge of the shade, is approx. 9". The fitter size for the glass shades is 2-1/4".

CONDITION: Sconce fixture is in nice, condition, free of structural breaks and cracks. The original patina on the brass fixture has been preserved as it was when we acquired it. Age appropriate cosmetic wear is present, and may include scuffs, tarnish, and spots of paint splatter. Fixture has been tested, and is in good working order, and ready to install. The glass shade is free of cracks and other structural damage. Age appropriate cosmetic wear is present, including one small "flea bite" on the bottom edge, which is only noticeable upon close inspection.
