This is a very nice, antique, 4 Legged adjustable piano stool, with iron claw, and glass ball feet. Crafted in the 1920's by New York Piano Stool & Mfg. Co. Stool has amazing craftsmanship, with an adjustable concave seat for added comfort. Simply turn the seat counterclockwise to raise it to the desired height, and clockwise to lower it. The makers information is embossed onto the iron seat bracket, displayed in the photos. This is a nice, authentic, antique piano stool that would look amazing next your piano or organ.
Stool is good and solid, with amazing patina, ready for daily use. The turn screw for the seat works with ease when raising and lowering the seat. Seat does not wobble at all in the lowest position, and wobbles very little when raised.
Seat measures approx. 14 1/2" across, and the height is approx. 18" when seat is all the way down, and 22" or so when seat is raised.
