This is a Beige Handset for a 1970's or early 1980,'s Western Electric, Bell Systems Rotary Dial Desk Telephone.
Handset is in good condition. Minor age appropriate cosmetic wear is present, but there are no cracks, breaks or other damage . No testing has been done, but it is believed to be in good working order.
