Pair of two (2), Fu and Lu San Xing Asian Porcelain figurines.
In Chinese folklore that dates back to the Ming Dynasty, Fu, Lu, Shou Xing, or the Sanxing represent the Chinese Gods of Three Stars and good luck.
Fu Xing represents Happiness and Good Fortune and is linked to Jupiter (holding the red scroll)
Lu Xing represents Prosperity and is linked to Mizar or Ursa Majoris.
(Shou represents Longevity and is linked to Canopus, a star in the Southern Hemisphere and is not included)
Arranged with Shou on the left of the viewer, Lu in the middle and Fu on the right.
Each measures approximately 4" wide x 2-3/4" front to back at base x 8-3/4" tall
Both figurines are in good condition with some minor wear noted. The Lu figurine does have chip on the top of the head piece, please see pictures above. No other chips, cracks or breaks noted on either figurine. Paint intact with bright colors.
