Beautiful, Larry Clark, studio pottery oval plate. Speckled blue background with yellow flowers, and green leaves and stems. Marked on the back with LC.

Larry Clark was the director of the Archie Bray Foundation from 1964-1970, and was a resident at the foundation in 1976 and 1983.

*The Archie Bray Foundation for the Ceramic Arts is a facility in the Rocky Mountain foothills of Montana, founded in 1951 by Archie Bray, a bricklayer and entrepreneur. It was established as a place for ceramic artists to go to work and have access to materials, kilns and form connections other artists to stimulate creativity in the art of ceramics.

Measures approximately 7-1/4" wide x 8-3/4" long across x 1-1/8" tall.

Plate is in good condition with no chips, cracks or breaks. As with any unique, handmade item, flaws and imperfections may be noted.

Nice holiday gift for a gardener or collector of studio pottery.
