This is an antique, 1900's Charles Parker, 4 Legged Adjustable Piano Stool, with Iron Claw and Glass Ball Feet. Seat height is adjustable from approximately 18" to 21".
This is a very nice, well built stool in good condition overall, with a fantastic dark finish. Seat adjusting screw works with ease, simply turn seat left or right, to raise or lower as desired. The seat is good condition, free of cracks and other structural damage. The wood finish has the original patina with age appropriate cosmetic wear and other common surface imperfections. One of the glass balls has a piece broken off of the bottom, which is visible in the last photo with the stool turned upside down.
This is a wonderful example of the design and craftsmanship from this time period. A nice, original Charles Parker stool, that is not perfect, but still very nice with lots of life left for you to enjoy.
Stool measures approximately 14" across at the seat, and the height is adjustable from 18" to 21".
