Set of 2, hand painted, Bauernmalerei, toleware, heart ornaments. Black, sheet metal, hearts painted in the style of German or Pennsylvania Dutch folk art.
Simple and elegant, each heart is hand painted with tulips, leaves and dots around the edges. Ready to hang from black, fabric loops.
Hearts measure about 2-5/8" across widest part x about 4" tall.
Ornaments are in good condition, with minor wear scuffs and wear, but no paint loss, chips or dents.
Would look nice as wall decor as well as on your Christmas tree!
