Whittier Pottery, white, oval, ceramic, soup tureen with chicken lid. There is a notch for a ladle but no ladle included. Made in California, USA in the 1980's.
Marked on the bottom, "Whittier Pottery, c. 83, Calif. USA".
Measures approximately 11-1/4" long x 7" wide x 10" tall. Bottom only is 4-3/8" tall.
Dish is in good condition, with very minor wear. There is one small area with a glaze chip on the edge of the base that does not take away from the integrity of this piece. No chips, cracks or breaks.
Would make a nice display piece in your kitchen.
