This is a very nice, hand carved, wooden long billed shorebird / sandpiper sculpture with glass eyes. Bird is unsigned but looks like it could be by Jim Costello.
Bird measures about 7-1/2" long from beak to tail x 2" wide x about 2" tall. Base measures about 2-1/4" across.
Bird on base measures about 8-3/4" tall.
In good, previously owned condition. Tip of beak has a few, minor nicks and chips. Minor wear and imperfections as expected with hand made items.
Perfect for a beach house.
