This vintage pamphlet, "Hair Beauty on a Budget" is from the 1950's, from the Toni Home Permanent Company. Has tips and instructions on how to do a home perm, as well as pictures and other hair care advice.
Condition: Pamphlet is in good, vintage, used condition. There is some minor discoloration from age and minor tear or wear marks over the drawing of the lamp as seen in pictures. There are several black circles from the original postmark present on the lower right hand corner of the cover.
Measures approximately 7.75" long x 5.75" wide
Fun to see the vintage hair styles and read the "advice" for girls in the 1950's! Great gift for hairdresser !
