This is a Vintage, 1940's-1950's, Baby One Piece, "Onesie", Romper, with Pleated Peter Pan Collar and Pleated Bodice with embroidered dotted detail. This adorable romper has two buttons on the back and three buttons at the crotch.
This is a wonderful piece of vintage, hand made clothing that you just don't see any more!

Condition:
This item is in great vintage, previously owned condition. No rips or tears noted. There is one tiny stain on the back and two very minor stains on the lower front as seen in pictures. These do not take away from the beauty of this hand made item and could be covered with a pair of shorts or skirt.
