This is a nice early GRAY SNAP-ON Model KR-53, Mechanic's / Machinist's Tool Box with Heavy Duty Carrying Handles. This is a heavy duty (weighs 40LBS) Snap-On tool chest that is in It is in great shape overall, with no major dents or damage, and all of the drawers, lid, and hinges, work correctly and freely. There are some scuffs, scratches, and dirt in a few areas, but nothing unusual. It has 3 full width drawers, and of course the main storage area at the very top. PLEASE NOTE: I do not have the key for the lock, but the box is currently unlocked - a new key will need to be ordered or purchased from a lock smith.
It is STAMPED on the back - "KR-53, 1135, 57, and MADE IN THE USA".
It measures 24" long, 10-3/4" deep, and 12" tall. Measurements do not include the handles.
