This is a lovely, Paperproducts Design (ppd), porcelain mug, made in Mechenheim, Germany. Daffodil flower design by Paula Scaletta.

Mug is in very good, previously used condition, no chips, cracks or crazing noted.
Measures approximately 4.75" across including handle (at widest point), 2.25" across bottom and 3.5" across top x 4.25" tall. Holds 12 oz (360 ml) of fluid.
