Antique Cast Iron Counter Balance Scale with Weights and Scoop, Folk Art Rooster Decor, General Store, Candy Scale, Hardware, Cast Iron
This is a very nice Antique Iron Counter Balance Scales with the Weights, and Scoop. It has a lovely folk art rooster painted on the flat side where the weights are placed - These old scales were used in General Stores, Hardware Stores, Farms, as well as for home use.. It includes the 4 weights shown in the photos. (2LB, 1LB, 8oz, and 4oz). It has been beautifully hand painted, and is in good working order.
Measurements: The base of the scale measures 15" long x 6" wide. The overall length with the scoop in place is about 19", and the height to the top of the scoop is 12". The scoop measures 18" x 10" x 5" tall.
