This is an Awesome Heavy Antique Ornate Cast Iron Floor Lamp Base, or Possibly a Flag Pole Base. It is marked "#100, Junior Marion Co. Philadelphia, Pa." on the bottom. It is in great shape with no cracks, chips, breaks, or other damage.
It measures about 10" across and 2-1/2" tall. The threaded hole in the center measures 1-5/8".
