This a Very Unique ORIGINAL Machine Age Industrial Goose-neck Floor Lamp, which appears to have been made from the base of an old piece of machinery. Perhaps from a machine shop or other industrial business. The base features an awesome, unusual design, and has the original old red paint. It is signed with embossed letters "BLACK MFG. CO. PHILA, PA." It is in good working order with a NEW POWER CORD AND PLUG, and accepts standard light bulbs up to 150 watts. This lamp will be the topic of conversation for years to come..
Measurements: The lamp "head" measures 8.5" across, and 4.75" deep, and the height is about 48" to the top of the arch in the goose-neck. The Cast iron base measures 9" x 12".
