Diane von Furstenberg Dress, Cross Strap, Orange, Red, Size 14

Vintage, 1970's, Original, Diane von Furstenberg, Designer, Oange / Red, Dress. Made of 70% silk and 30% nylon this pretty dress has straps that form the bodice of the dress, then cross across the front and back and attach to the skirt. The top of the straps are gathered as well as the sides of the bodice. There is a small, 1-1/4" opening in the front and back, in between where straps attach to skirt. Skirt has 3" hem with diamond shaped stitching.

Diane von Furstenberg is a Belgian-American fashion designer who became famous in the 1970's for her "Wrap Dress". Because this style of dress is said to have changed women's fashion, her dresses can be found in the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She still designs clothing today and her dresses often sell for $400-$500 and up.

Size on tag says "14".

Condition: Dress is in very good, vintage, previously owned condition. No rips, tears or stains noted. Normal wear from previous use and age.
