Polish Carved Wood Trinket Box, Carved Wooden Box With Polish Box, Lidded Box, Jewelry Box, Folk Art Box
This is a lovely, carved, wooden box with a hinged lid from Poland. The front, back, sides and lid all have lines carved into it or it may be pyrography. The inside of the box looks like it had a divider and it may have been used to hold two decks of playing cards. There is a smooth area in the center of the lid that is painted with the names of several Polish cities and their flags including; Wroclaw, Walbrzych, Jelenia Gora, Legnica and Swidnica.

4-5/8" wide
1-1/4" tall
Inside of box measures approximately 5-1/2" long x 3-7/8" wide
Box is in very good condition with minor wear and imperfections as expected with vintage, handmade items.
Very pretty little box to set on your dresser or table for jewelry, keys, or whatever.
