This is a Small Vintage "Vacu Vise by General". A Bench Top Vacuum Base Table / Bench Vice, Signed and Made in the USA. The jaws measure 2.5". The overall measurements of the base are 5" x 4", and it stands 4" tall.
CONDITION: This vise is in good solid condition with no damage or major defects. Minor surface rust and some paint loss is present.
