Vintage, leather, key pouch with strap that pulls keys into pouch, then snaps shut. When unsnapped, flap lifts up and key ring with keys can be pulled out. Can attach easily to belt.
Keychain is in good, previously owned condition. Some wear,scuffs and scratches consistent with normal use.
