This very cool, 1940's or 1950's, Santa Claus, Pepsi Lithograph, Advertisement Display. This came from an old corner store in West Chester, PA. It has been stored, untouched, in an attic until recently.
Most of these advertising displays did not survive over the years because they are made of cardboard, and were "disposable", so there are very few in existence. In addition, because of it's large size, 50" tall, it is an unusual and rare piece.
The display was made in two pieces to allow for easier storage. It may have been attached at one time, there is paper torn at the seam on the back that does not affect the integrity of the piece at all. It also has an attached, fold out, cardboard piece on the back that appears to be a stand, although I am not exactly sure how this works.
Measures 28" across at widest point and 50" tall.
CONDITION: In very good, vintage, previously owned and used condition. Graphics are great, no rips or tears to the front picture. There is minimal wear at the bottom. There is no mold, mildew or water damage.
This is an original store display from the 1940's or 1950's and it would make a wonderful addition for any collector of Pepsi Advertisement or Santa/Christmas memorabilia!
