Vintage 4 String Open Back Banjo w/ Grover Presto Tailpiece, Joe Rogers Head, and Resonator Back Cover, Banjo Ukulele
This in an Antique 4 String Banjo with a Grover Presto Tailpiece and a Joe Rogers Head. It includes the Back Cover / Resonator shown in the photos. This banjo has a star inlaid at the top of the head-stock, but there is no other maker marking that I can find. The overall condition appears to be pretty good, but it will need strings and set up. The neck and body are both good and solid, tuners move freely, and the head is free of cracks and other damage. There is some tarnish and surface rust on the metal parts, and the head has some paint or stain on the surface which can be seen in the photos.
MEASUREMENTS: The body of the banjo measures about 11" across, and the overall length is about 29".
