Czechoslovakian Borokristal Amber Decanter, Crystal Glass Liquor Bottle, Blackberry Liqueur Bottle
Beautiful Czechoslovakian Crystal Decanter from 1930's or 1940's. This originally held Czechoslovakian blackberry brandy from Kord Distilleries, imported to the United States. Pretty, amber colored bottle hand painted with a carriage and fox hunt scene. Signed "Hand Painted by Borokristal in Czechoslovakia, O Gartner" (this last word is hard to read).
Measures 8" tall 3-1/2" wide at widest point, 2-3/4" across bottom, 1-5/8" across top, opening is 3/4" wide.
Decanter is in very good vintage condition with no cracks, breaks or chips noted. Original paint intact, made to look like "crackled" glass.
Would look pretty with flowers on a small table or window sill.
