This is an Awesome Cast Iron Flag Pole Base, acquired from a synagogue in Philadelphia, Pa. It features 4 footed legs, and 3 set screws to secure the pole inside the iron pipe. It will accept a flag pole up to 1-3/8". There are some markings on the bottom, but I am unable to figure out what they are.
It is in great shape with no cracks, chips, breaks, or other damage. Some areas of paint loss and patina are present as shown in the photos.
It measures 13" square and 12" tall. The inside diameter of the pipe is 1-1/2". It weighs 8 lbs.
