This is a battery powered Red Emergency Beacon Light with a suction cup on the bottom for use on the roof of a car or pick up truck. It is in pretty good shape with no cracks, breaks, etc. Some minor scuffs are present on the globe, and surface rust on the chrome. This light has not been tested as it is missing the on / off switch on the side, as shown in the photos.
