Mid Century Wooden Sewing Bucket with Removable Lid, Wood Sewing Basket, Firkin Style Barrel, Wood Ice Bucket, Pail
Vintage Mid Century, Wooden, Sewing Bucket or Ice Bucket with removable lid. Made in the style of a Firkin, or wooden barrel, with wood slats and metal bands at the top and bottom. Bottom of bucket and lid are also made of wood with a wooden knob / pull on the lid. Bentwood handle is attached with wooden knobs.
Measurements: 8-1/2" across at the bottom, 7-1/2" across at the top x 7-1/4" tall, not including the handle or pull on top of lid.
In good, pre-owned condition, with no cracks, breaks, or other structural damage. There are minor scuffs and scratches with some minor tarnishing of the gold tone bands, consistent with use and age.
Would make a nice planter or a unique holder for remote controls.
