A Beautiful Vintage White Tam O Shanter Glass Oil Lamp Hurricane Shade with a Ruffled Top. This shade would be great for an old oil lamp, or it could be used with an electric hurricane lamp. The fitter size of the shade is 9-3/4 - 9-7/8".
The shade measures about 12" across at its widest point, 5" across at the ruffled top, and 7" tall. It will fit into a metal shade ring size of 9-3/4" to 9-7/8".
Shade is in very good condition. There are no cracks, breaks, chips, or other structural damage. Some typical minor "roughness" is present around the bottom of the shade where it sits in the fitter ring, but there are no significant chips or damage. I would no classify the condition of the shade as "mint", but it is very nice..
