The seat height is adjustable from 25" to 29", by turning it to raise or lower to the desired height. This is a great old shabby stool with chippy green paint, providing tons of character and charm. The seat measures 15" across, the measurements at the very bottom of the legs are 15" x 15", The seat height is adjustable from 25" to just under 30".
CONDITION: Stool is in great shape, very solid and sturdy. It sits nice and flat on the floor - does not rock. There is no structural damage, only chippy green paint, and tons of patina.
