This is a very unusual shabby red wooden stepladder stool with folding steps. It still has the original maker's label on the bottom "Crakerjac Ladder Stools Chicago Curtain Stretcher Co".
This awesome stool is a perfect display piece, and solid enough to use around the house for its intended purpose. It has great patina with the old faded, chippy red paint. There are no major cracks, breaks, or other structural damage. Some general cosmetic wear, chipping paint, and check cracks are present.
MEASUREMENTS: The very top "seat" measures 14-1/2" x 10-1/2". The overall depth at the bottom is about 22" when the steps are flipped in the "open" position. The overall height is 24".
