Wooden Green-Winged Teal Duck, Hand Carved, Drake, Small Duck Figurine, Decoy, Hand Painted Wood Duck
This is a beautiful, hand carved, wooden, Green-Winged Teal, Drake Duck Decoy or figurine. Tail feathers are carved in several layers and then hand painted individually with realistic detail in shades of brown, black and white with a green patch on either side. The duck's reddish brown head has a green stripe on each side starting at each eye running down the back of the neck. Eyes are hand painted red / orange.
Bottom is covered with green felt to protect surfaces.
Measures approximately 10" long from the tip of the beak to the tip of tail x 4" wide x 4" tall to the top of the head.
Duck is in good to very good condition with minor flaws and imperfections as expected with any handmade item.
Great gift for a hunter, or collector of decoys or birds.
