This is an awesome local estate find - An Antique Metal Roof Wind Turbine / Spinning Air Vent, with the original ADJUSTABLE roof flange. You can adjust the flange to match the pitch of your roof if needed. It has a fantastic look with some light surface rust, and great patina!
CONDITION: The turbine is in very good working order, it spins perfectly. It is good and solid, with some surface rust, and some small areas of roof pitch and dirt on the flange. This is an original piece that has somehow survived 75+ years of heavy storms and extreme summer heat. It is not in perfect condition, but in great shape for its age! It could certainly be used for its intended purpose.
MEASUREMENTS: The turbine measures 16" across, and stands 14-1/2" tall when it is connected to the roof flange. The roof base flange measures 18" square.
