An antique Littlestown Hardware & Foundry Co., L32 Cast Iron Hand Well, Water Pitcher Pump..
These old pumps were used to pump water from hand dug wells, for household consumption. "Littlestown Hdwe & Fdry Co. L32" is embossed on the handle. This would be a perfect piece for the garden, or use it for its intended purpose.
Pump is in good solid condition. There are no cracks, breaks, or other structural damage. Pump has not been tested, but appears to be in working order.
It measures about 16-1/2" tall, 5" across at the top, and 7.25" across at the bottom. Handle length is about 13".
