This is a very nice, antique, wood grain sifter. Bentwood sieve, nailed together at the seams, has a metal, mesh screen and a wrought iron handle. A thin, wrought iron rod spans across the bottom of the screen with a hook at each end that is secured to each side with a small, metal bracket.
Measures approximately 14" in diameter x 4-1/2" tall, not including metal hooks and handle.
Sifter is about 18-1/2" across x 5" tall including hooks and 20" across x 8" tall including handle.
Sifter is in good solid condition with great patina. Mild wear, scratches, scuffs, chips, etc. consistent with use and age, but no major damage noted.
Great piece of rustic decor to hang on a wall as is or repurpose!
