Wooden Inlay Music Box Made in Sorrento Italy, Gargiulo Jewelry Box, Burl Wood, Inlaid Wood Works, Octagonal Trinket Box
Vintage, inlaid wood, Jewelry Box / Music Box, made in Sorrento, Italy. This beautiful, eight sided box has inlaid flowers, leaves and vines on the sides as well as the lid. Inner tray lifts out and is lined with red felt. Bottom has four, plastic feet. Music box plays "Torna A Surriento".
Sticker on the bottom reads, "Inlaid Wood Works, Our Own Manufacture, Gppe. Gargiulo".
Measures approximately 9-3/4" across any side x 3-1/4" tall
Condition: Very good pre-owned condition with very minor wear. No cracks, breaks or other damage noted. Inside is clean with no stains, rips or tears noted. Music box winds and plays nicely. Very nice box, in great condition!
