Antique Round Victorian Cast Iron Heating Grate Floor Register, Rustic Architectural Salvage
This is an early 1920's Round Ornate, Cast Iron Heating Floor Register. The grate has a beautiful, ornate design, and great rustic patina. This is a great architectural piece that could easily be painted to suit your decor. This register would also make a great decorative piece, or could be repurposed.
CONDITION: The ornate grate is in good condition, free of cracks and breaks! The register is missing one of the flappers, but could still be used as an open register. The missing flapper would not be easily visible when installed. Surface rust is present, as shown in the photos.
MEASUREMENTS: The top of the grate (flat face of the grate) measures 9-1/2" across, and the overall height is 2". The measurement of the inner register portion that fits into the floor is approx. 8".
