Antique Round Victorian Cast Iron Heating Grate Floor Register, Ornate Architectural Salvage
This is an early 1930's Round Ornate Cast Iron Heating Floor Register, with the original WORKING dampers.
It has a beautiful ornate design, with nice patina. This is a great architectural piece that could easily be painted to suit your decor.
Register is in very good condition! The ornate detail on the cast iron grill, is free of cracks, breaks, and other structural damage. The register dampers are also in great shape, and in good working order. Some light cosmetic wear and dirt is present.
MEASUREMENTS: The top of the grate (flat face of the grate) measures 7-1/2" across, and the inner register portion that fits into the floor measures approx. 5-1/2" across.
